1 Elementary school

  • Opening ceremony, closing ceremony, new appointment ceremony, departure ceremony, graduation ceremony, etc.

  • You may wear ceremonial clothes for exchanges and school trips, so please check with class communication, grade communication, etc.

  1. Only the first graders of elementary school in April will prepare the NO.1 notebook (only the first book) at the school. Please prepare the second and subsequent books by yourself.

  2. NO. 12 Crayons and NO. 41. Oil clay, 42. Arithmetic box will be prepared at school. (Distributed after enrollment / transfer.)

  3. Stationery items not listed in this table (staplers, utility knives, etc.) may also be used, so please prepare other items at your own discretion. In addition, we may ask you to prepare for the convenience of learning. Please note that.

  4. The keyboard harmonica may be used not only in the first and second grades of elementary school but also in other grades such as art presentations outside of class, so please bring it with you.

  5. You don't need to wear slippers, but you do need to wear gymnasium with rubber soles.

  6. Please purchase a school-designated polo shirt.

  7. In the English class of the junior high school, the English-Japanese dictionary and the Japanese-English dictionary at the school are used in the class. (Electronic dictionaries are not possible.)

  8. In school study, we use pencils and red or blue pencils, and red or blue pens. (Elementary school)

  9. Mechanical pencils and colored pens cannot be used. (Elementary school)

Tuition

1 About tuition and donations (2020)
(1) Expenses paid to the school

Our school's expenses are covered by government subsidies, foundation subsidies, admission fees, tuition fees, donations, facility fees, etc.

When transferring to another school, please pay admission fee, tuition fee (for 3 months), facility fee (for 3 months), accident insurance, textbook fee, and donation.

After moving in, please pay the tuition fee (for 3 months) and facility fee (for 3 months) every 3 months at the office by the previous month.

From April to June, until 3:00 p.m. on the last weekday of March of the previous month.

From July to September, until 3:00 pm on the last weekday of June of the previous month.

Until 3:00 p.m. on the last weekday of September of the previous month for October-December.

For January to March, December 28th of the previous month, or if December 28th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, until 3:00 p.m. on the preceding weekday.

*Please note that if the above deadline has passed, a late interest rate of 3% per month will be added.

 

(2) Payment method

Please pay by cash or check at the school office. If you move out in the middle of the semester, we will refund the tuition fee and facility fee for the next month onwards on a monthly basis. In addition, we will refund the textbook fees for the semester after the transfer.

(3) Payment reception hours Weekdays 8:00-12:00/13:00-15:00

2 About PTA membership fee

600 pesos (1 household, annual amount as of 2017) will be collected after the decision is made at the PTA general meeting in May.

3 School bus fare

If you use the school bus, please pay the bus fare to the bus company. For details, please inquire at the School Bus User's Association. (It is not running this year because the school is closed. It is undecided whether it will run after the school opens.)

 

Bus fares are as follows.

・Makati area・・・6,670 pesos

・Bonifacio area・・・5,020 pesos

Fees may be collected by class or grade. For elementary school students, please put it in the collection bag.
