New Foreign children can now be admitted

Under certain conditions, we will accept consultations regarding admission wishes for children who do not have Japanese nationality.

  • Have more than 2 years of experience in the curriculum of elementary and junior high school in Japanese at Japanese schools or overseas educational facilities

  • Have the same Japanese ability as Japanese school age

  • One of the parents should be able to speak in Japanese or answer school questions in Japanese

The contents are a written test and an interview test. In addition, for children who lived in the Philippines in the previous year, we hold a preliminary briefing session from October to November.

About clothes

  1. Only the first graders of elementary school in April will prepare the NO.1 notebook (only the first book) at the school. Please prepare the second and subsequent books by yourself.

  2. NO. 12 Crayons and NO. 41. Oil clay, 42. Arithmetic box will be prepared at school. (Distributed after enrollment / transfer.)

  3. Stationery items not listed in this table (staplers, utility knives, etc.) may also be used, so please prepare other items at your own discretion. In addition, we may ask you to prepare for the convenience of learning. Please note that.

  4. The keyboard harmonica may be used not only in the first and second grades of elementary school but also in other grades such as art presentations outside of class, so please bring it with you.

  5. You don't need to wear slippers, but you do need to wear gymnasium with rubber soles.

  7. In the English class of the junior high school, the English-Japanese dictionary and the Japanese-English dictionary at the school are used in the class. (Electronic dictionaries are not possible.)

About tuition

Tuition

1 Tuition and donations (2nd year of Reiwa)
(1) Expenses to be paid to the school

Our school costs are covered by government grants, foundation grants, admission fees, tuition fees, donations, facility fees, etc.

When transferring to school, please pay the entrance fee, tuition fee (for 3 months), facility fee (for 3 months), accident insurance, teaching materials, and donations.

After moving in, you will be required to pay the tuition fee (for 3 months) and facility fee (for 3 months) every 3 months at the office by the previous month.

April-June is until 3:00 pm on the last weekday of March of the previous month.

July-September is until 3:00 pm on the last weekday of June of the previous month.

October-December is until 3:00 pm on the last weekday of September of the previous month.

For January-March, if December 28th of the previous month and December 28th are Saturdays and Sundays, it will be until 3:00 pm on the previous weekday.

* Please note that if the above deadline is exceeded, a late interest rate of 3% will be added per month.

 

(2) Payment method

Please pay by cash or check at the school office. If you move out in the middle of the semester, the tuition and facility fees for the following months will be refunded on a monthly basis. In addition, we will refund the teaching material fee for the next semester after you move out.

(3) Payment reception time Weekdays 8:00 to 12:00 / 13:00 to 15:00

2 About PTA membership fee

600 pesos (1 household, annual amount as of 2017) will be collected after being decided at the PTA general meeting in May.

3 School bus fee

If you use a school bus, please pay the bus fee to the bus company. For more information, please contact the School Bus Users Association. (The school is closed this year, so it is not in service. The service after the school opens is undecided.)

 

The bus fare is as follows.

4 Others

We may collect money in each class or grade. Please put the elementary school in a collection bag, and the junior high school directly in the bag etc. to the homeroom teacher.
